Please could you help us by filling in a quick survey about Tameside sexual health services, we are very interested in the experience, knowledge and views of young people, but anyone can take part.
The survey will close 5pm on Tuesday 16th December and we’d like to hear from as many young people as possible.

There are lots of different types of contraception to choose from but it’s important to find one that suits you and your lifestyle. The more comfortable you are with your contraception, the more effective it is likely to be and the less chance you have of getting pregnant. Only condoms can protect against catching STIs, so always use a condom, even when using reliable contraception.
When you visit any SAFE clinic, we will not let anyone know that you have attended, including your parents or guardians. This is the same even if you are under 16. You will be seen by a member of staff in a private room and will be able to talk openly of any concerns you may have. However, if staff feel you are at risk of being harmed, they will speak to you about their concerns and discuss with you how to keep you safe. They must talk to you first before they tell anyone else.
Please check out our short films produced with local young people, who were supported by YOUthink and JMG media. These fantastic short films highlight sexual health issues young people face and are used in the ‘Your Choice’ Sex and Relationship Education (SRE) resource pack.
